Stretching medial canthus with fingers

Can it permanently stretch and become like 1.5mm longer?
I'm asking this because it's soft tissue, I've stretched my mouth like 5mm the last few months

No. You are thinking about this completely backwards. It isn't about stretching the eyelids it's about tighting the canthal ligament, which for the medial canthus isn't going to happen. The medial canthal tendon is much more complicated than the lateral canthal tendon. It has several limbs and an important structure intertwined. Plication of the medial canthal tendon might technically be possible but with risks that are not worth it and with probably bad results.

Moreover, no reputable, skilled occuplastic surgeon would risk his career with trying to do a meme medial canthus procedure purely for aesthetics. Only option is epicsnthoplasty, which is done solely on Asians or people with epicanthic folds
