Strict ethnic parents ruining my life

cant get a supermarket job " focus on school insted"
cant go out
cant go out of my house and do things with friends,

cant go out for more than 30 minutes i went out for 2 hours at 8pm once to go to the gym and she called me 20 times (literally 20) and told me she was reporting me to the police
cant drink
cant even go out to local supermarket after 8pm
cant order supplements online
cant voice call in video game with friends she said who are you talking to you you are doing illegal stuff but i was just playing valorant so i couldnt even cope with video games as even if i locked my room and talked in vc she would put her ear onto the door keyhole and make me uncomfortable cant live like this any longerr im 17 but i cant do shittsad
cant even rope bc i still have some unconditional love and large family but they live in my home country and i live in a western country tha ti dont like

my dad is quite chill but my mum is so strict its over for me
