Strong depression since I started a new office job

After 3 months of living my best life with gym, eating healthy, meeting girls and going out I had my first day at work: 12 people in a small office talking on the phone loudly, nobody really cared about me, my boss is a female, the products of the company are shit, I had to take lunch alone, the culture seems toxic, nobody seemed happy, the pressure will increase drastically. My social anxiety went through the roof, I hate speaking in front of people on meetings and have constant high adrenaline/heart beat. Next week I will have to use beta blockers just to cope with my work days.

The whole weekend I now felt very depressed and anxious about my future. Dont really know how I should cope with this life. I rather work as an Uber driver compared to this sad office life with better payday.
