Compared to Opry and Chico who both look more youthful and attractive simply by virtue of having good fat pads

Chico's upper third still looks better and more pleasing to the eye even tho the first model has stronger supraorbitals

Yep boyo... i have this... and fixing this COSTS A TON. Requires infra implants with saddles.

The worst part about it: you have deep set eyes, but from specific angles, in particular from below, your eyes look like bug-eyes :feelsrope:

PS. Also, both OPry and Chico do NOT have good fatpads. They just have compact orbitals, so that their lack of undereye support is not as noticeable as in rounder eyes.

Isnt that more because of the eyes not being as deep set rather than fat? The first pic the guy doesnt have as deep set eyes

I'm specifically talking about the upper eyelid area not the undereyes.
You are right about the compactness aspect but they also have good fatpads tbh.
I've seen looksmaxxers here who had similar periorbital fat problem that got fixed with filler, botox, fat grafting or whatever.
Theoretically, if your orbitals are sorta indian tier wide and round, I think supra orbital implants would benefit you along with fat pad augmentation methods I mentioned above.

Okay to clear the confusion
I'm specifically talking about the upper eyelid fat not the under eye fat.
The 1-3 parts

No, he has the deep set eyes. "Deepness" is measured with respect to the most outward point of the brow ridge. The guy in the pic clearly has deep set eyes.

The reason why his eyes do not seem as "deep" as other models is because of his completely lacking infraorbital rim.

E.g. O'Pry has SOME infra:

Look at the rim-bone under his eye. Literally poking through. While not very large, it is at the right place, and better than whatever the first guy has. The fat is missing though.
