Been trying to lose face fat for more than a year now, i started gym and running half marathons. lost fat from legs, belly, arms and back, but my face still looks like a fat pig in the mirror (not that i didnt lose ANY face fat, i did, but it was very little to be noticeable compared to the drastic change in my entire body). my legs and arms are super lean but my cheeks are still chubby.
at this point im thinking to try some external methods like supplements or mild peptides. opinions?
