The striking aspect that differentiates Saudis from other Arab groups (and Turks) is the significant upper eyelid crease of almost 10mm! White Americans had around 5.2mm and Turks had 6mm. Probably northern Middle Eastern groups like Syrians and Lebanese have values similar to Turks due to the closer proximity to Turkey/Mediterranean.
