People overrate themselves as a coping strategy but once you become blackpilled you become realistic
I still think being “NT” matters though not just for sex and relationships but for life in general. Being able to talk to people is essential

I actually underrate myself. In fact many unattractive people do the same. And in truth many ugly people are often made to believe that they are uglier than what they actually seem.

That study is bullshit.

Good looking people get a lot of compliments about their looks, so they probably end up studying their face and comparing to other people and get to understand what makes someone attractive, while unattractive people rarely hear they are ugly, nobody mentions their appearance so they are clueless, if they are avoided or unlucky with women they think it's because they aren't confident enough, or because of their personality, sites like this however educate people on what makes someone attractive.
