what’s the best way to study?
My self I got to admit I’m pretty bad at studying.
I been wondering to use semax or selank for studying and use in school but what do those peptide really do to your system ?

25min of studying 5min pause and so on

Sounds reasonable but what’s a max capital for how long you should study?
depends on when your exams are and how much overall you have to do but not more than like 6h in a row. i guess you are still in school. when you do 2h everyday its enough

2 hours is possible it’s just the energy, going to school from 8 to 15:30 then going to gym and sometimes social life. But I try to study everytime I get home but depends on what time it is. But would you recommend any supplements like semax I mentioned?

supplements can help but they wont make it super easy in a heart bet. just try to study 2 hours everyday even when exams are far away. i dont have much knowledge abt peptides and stuff

Don’t listen to these retards saying to take adderall, it’s nearly impossible to source, most dealer claiming to sell adderall is just meth, and it can fuck up your dopamine levels and brain. A lot of other stimulants are either shit or have side effects that are not worth it

Best thing to do would be to improve your dopamine levels by cutting out unhealthy dopamine spikes from things like short form content (TikTok) junk food, vaping etc, this alone helped me so much and gives so many benefits

TikTok Is a big problem for society, everyone want to find out what under the scroll so you scroll forever untill you need to do something, wanna take a break, eating or either just doing it until you should sleep. My self I have a problem with that. I honestly should just delete the app.


But junk food isn’t a thing I eat anymore because of how processed the meat and cheese can be, they often use E number to make the cheese either taste better and same one goes for maybe the bread and meat.
If I were to eat out I would take the best option that they have and not something with tons of calories.

TikTok is by far the number one culprit for people having shit baseline dopamine levels, within litteraly 2 weeks of consuming no short form content I noticed a very modest increase in my drive, energy and motivation
