My maxilla’s that bad? I didn’t think any surgeons would do a lefort 2 on me, especially at 16. The avg cost of one in the US is 65-85k but in turkey like 10-15k.

Lefort 1 inls for lower maxilla, like all your maxilla is fucked and lefort 1 makes you look worse.
