I’ve never seen this guy before. I’m doing registration with a different manager then he walks in and just stares at me. I’m calm and stare back, then say “nice to meet you” this FUCKER says “ you can smile you know” ignoring my greeting. I laughed it off and said yeah I can. He kept a blank face ( EDIT FOR THE RETARDS CALLING ME AUTISTIC)

He wants me to just sit there smiling AWKWARDLY like a fucking retard and like most normie cucks do. I was in the middle of signing papers and registering why the fuck should I just be smiling randomly? He didn’t smile at me either

It’s typically normal to smile and give someone a handshake when you meet them. What you should have done is walked over to him and greeted him when we walked in, since this was your first time meeting him and because he’s higher ranked than you.
