its a good ascension, but tbh i think nose and eye area cooks you. (if im not mentioning the recession). I think if you hardmaxx nose combined with bimax you will ascend hard. But for softmaxxing just dye eyebrows and maybe darker hair/black maybe you can try. You also got negative canthal tilt and ipd is a bit fucked. I would gymmax if I were you

But if your family has a lot of history with cancer I woulnt do it because it can boost cancer cells if you have them already. And look you dont NEED surgery. You can live your life and gymmaxx and moneymaxx and you will be fine. But yeah if you were to do it then you would definetly ascend hard for sure. Also you can try beardmaxxing if you are able to grow it. (only do it if its full and not patchy) - minoxidil if its not that full.
