I’d say dye your hair dark brown, and dye your brows and lashes as well, but be careful with the lashes, I’d say attempt to grow your neck in the gym by doing neck curls, try to get glass skin before you end up with a lot of acne scarring, this is a good opportunity for you to avoid acne scarring and save a lot of money in the future..

You can use latisse to grow lashes and brows but it’s kind of expensive…

Try to do exercises and eat well specifically for height growth, because at the age you are at, I wish I would have done so… if you do all of this, people on here will treat you very different… you can follow me if you want and come back to me in DMs for advice if you ever need it
