Hydration: The reason submandibular glands are usually so largely is due to the mouth producing an excess amount of saliva. One fix to this is to increase water intake. 5 liters a day minimum for optimal results.

Ginger: Ginger is a natural salivary reducer, which can help with a size reduction of the submandibular glands.

Tea: along with ginger, tea is another thing that can naturally reduce the size of the submandibular gland.

Ginger tea (the method): combines the last two. Simple.

Overall, reducing the submandibular gland comes down to increasing hydration and reducing salivary production.
