submental region question

I got something in my submental area, its soft, look like fat but I dont know what it is, im not very fat, and it kinda move when I push my tongue against my palate, doesnt anyone have an idea of what it is, and how to fix it? Ive never heard someone talk abt this

it may be an enlargened submandibular gland which is unlikely,
its either a slightly low set thyroid, or a piece of subcuitaneous fat
