The light blue represents a day without a binge, I had one binge on the 26th but apart from that I’ve been fine. Might not seem like much but I was binging a few times a week heavily for months. I’ve been lifting weights for month too and walking 10K steps everyday.

I don’t want to come off as rude or anything but are you a pig? Like what is a binge to you

This is gonna sound crazy but I’m only like 18-20% body fat. I was basically in a cycle of cutting aggressively and binging uncontrollably. When I say binging, picture eating well past the point of fullness, driving between gas stations to buy chocolates/sweets, feeling sick the next day, raising the pantry, etc…

I was pretty lean previously so I was well and truly on my way to becoming obese, I literally can’t imagine anything worse.

Oh damn I’m glad things are looking up for you now. I used to be like that too, just stuffing myself for no reason

It really is never worth it.

There is no reality where binge eating is somehow worth it or sustainable longterm. You ruin your health, feel like shit, look like shit, probably can’t talk to women, need to spend months if not years losing the weight, etc…

This is gonna sound weird but entrenching this into my mind has helped me.
