First batch split but after mixing was better but did not taste nearly as sour as its supposed to. Second batch however was great thick consistency with a sour taste, just loaded it again for a third batch. Have low lactose tolerance but even after drinking 750ml in one sitting I feel nothing different.

Will keep drinking and see if it’s any good

$6 per 750 bottle here it’s also not made by the real method + added suga.

As long as I have milk I’ll have an infinite supply of real kefir every 1-2 days

Where did you get the kefir grains?

Glad to hear it. Hope you used high quality raw milk, that would be ideal of course.

Bc during the fermentation process the bacteria and yeast in kefir grains consume most of the lactose in the milk, converting it into lactic acid.

you cant buy kefir in the store... This garbage you buy in the store is made from homogenized and pasteurized milk and then usually the kefir is pasteurized again after fermentation. So you get literally 0 benefits.
