About 500-800mg of pure sodium not NaCl

Suck it for 10-15s then swallow it

The science behind it is, it pulls the fluid in the intersitial tissue on the face into the capillaries into systemic circulations.

Because your oral mucosa now is hyperosmotic comparing to the facial tissue. Basic science of osmosis, water will always follow the gradient toward more saltier side in passive diffusion.

But if you want to maintain the effect then take dextrose about 6g+ at the same time. This will ensure by the time the salt and dectrose goes into the small intestine it utilises the SGLT1 receptors for optimal retention.

Yo so this would be temporary solution like if I need to have less bloating before going out to an event or something?

If I combine this with

Will I be fully debloated before major events

The effect last 3-4h

Only works if your cause is hyponatremia in systemic circulation

You are getting desperate to be seen.

Gook science must be right

there is no direct pathway between oral mucosa and facial interstitial fluid any Osmosis across capillaries isn’t immediate or localized

What a fucking retard there is no direct pathway between oral mucosa and facial interstitial fluid any Osmosis across capillaries isn’t immediate or localized
It is both localized and neurally

The localized effect is from osmotic gradient differences

The neural part is it triggers trigeminal afferents, triggering sympathetic response = enchanced vascular tone and reduced capillaries leakage
