When you mew should you press your tongue on the upper palate or suck your tongue to it? Most guides say you should suck ur tongue to the roof of your mouth, but when i do it i feel like im actually reversing pressure so isn’t it gonna literally make my jaw receded???

No you dont reverse pressure it is a sunction its not gonna make your jaw recesses dont apply pressure
