Sugar has calories

Ive been trying to get leaner and i made 2 Coffees and put 8 spoons of sugar in it. Now i have found out that 100gram of sugar contains *400* calories. So that were 630calories coffee lol

I drink coffee with whey, it doesn't have that many calories and tastes good + I get the protein needed to not lose muscle
also you can try artificial sweeteners but all of them suck imo
