Edit: while it does that, it happens through visceral fat build up which is highly unhealthy so be careful

My man, I usually get in 500g or more (mostly from fruit or honey).

Just looked up how some fruits translate to how many grams of sugar,my daily intake is closer to 300 I suppose,but my point still stands, I like sugar.

Absolutely true, directly because of sugar itself and HNF-4a inhibition but the fructose part will make you put on visceral fat

Absolutely true, directly because of sugar itself and HNF-4a inhibition but the fructose part will make you put on visceral fat
Use a xylose isomerase supplement, will reduce fructose absorption and help convert more of it to glucose
