even if you put like 8 tablespoons a day its max like 130 calories. JFL at muh cutting out sugar as some hack to weight loss, you just have shit genetics lol. I eat lots of sugar and still lose wieght cos good genetics and i maximise beta oxidation, while remaining in deficit
