salt/sodium is good for renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system
sugar is great tool for glucose/energy
red bull for Niacine, Taurine and caffeine
Tobacco for Nicotine and its effects on the two MAOs
Vodka or Whiskey can dissolve lipofuscin
Coffee because of caffeine and in general electrolytic

if you know how and when to use them, they may be pretty beneficial
