Ever wonder what type of sugar is actually healthy for you?
Raw Cane sugar is the one. At 15 to 25 grams a day it gives your body natural enzymes and trace minerals plus clean energy.
That amount works and people should use it.
High fructose corn syrup is a poor substitute.
It is more addictive, brings nothing useful nutritionally, and puts extra strain on the liver from its high free fructose content.
It encourages fat storage more than regular cane sugar and has none of the minor beneficial compounds found in the real thing.
Real Raw cane sugar in that daily range is the better option. High fructose corn syrup just does not compare.
