How I went about it was asking chat gpt based on my height and weight what was the upper limit of sugar I could consume everyday for a month then off then back on to get consistent igf 1 spikes while not risking insulin spikes. I consume 115-200g sugar a day from processed sources and natural sources. raw diet and stuff has its benefits but it is hard to eat enought to get all the amount u will need. processed foods dont descend u its a myth. find out how much u require
