How far can a subhuman go with the surgery and what extent can a face really be rebuilt? There's already ascensions on here of guys who already had a good base but what about the lower tier base looks that go for surgery, what happened to them? ITT Post those who started from a lower looks base and what they looked like before and after, for better or worse and what mistakes they made. The more asymmetrical and boneless the better, especially flawed eye areas since those are very hard to change

The surgeries definitely helped him for sure, it doesnt have to be chad transformations, I'm mostly looking to see if even the most ugly can be brought to a decent enough appearance

They’re lucky because they’re what normies would call ugly, someone with obvious flaws that a hyper NT would roast you for, goofy ah nose

if you’re just not attractive for whatever list of reasons you could find here, midface too long 5mm, too short pfl 3mm, just being ethnic and average looking it’s over for you, you will have to get 10 surgeries and wait 5 years for less than a nosejob or ears surgery
