Suggest haircuts that won't make me look like a normie

I still want to look somewhat eccentric. I kinda have a similar haircut as this manga character right now.

I'm thinking about growing curtains again. I think I generally look better with medium long hair but I never had really long hair.

I'm going to a good barber I just don't know which haircut to get. I'll probably just get my sides and back cut shorter.
