I'm not gonna do drugs and peptides.

My current supplements are:
1) Astaxanthin 12mg
2) Fish Oil
3) Vitamin d3+k2 5000iu
4) Zinc
5) Magnesium Glycinate 300mg

I want to not be someone who is mad and overhinks everything :feelsbadman:

just eat meat and you won't have to take a tonne of copelements

Currently having red meat as my regular diet. Mostly lamb tho:bigbrain:
