since spring and summer are close i was thinking about hopping on reta in a month to physique mog niggers at the beach, i gymcelld and bulked up from september to rn, i’m 17 tho, has anyone that’s as young as me used reta before, should i do it or not?
i’m already on hgh, will the lipolysis properties from that be enough to lean me out by spring if i’m in a deficit

not really any downsides, only would recommend that u are taking very low dosages (dosage guides and trials are for overweight ogres)

i started at 2.5mg and didnt eat for 3 full days. it was awful, even thinking of food made me feel sick. do recommend it tho if u need help with ur deficit. now tho after using for a few weeks i no longer use it at all, and i could easily cut without touching it for now.

no hgh will not be enough to lean you out, and it's not cost-effective anyway. you are at near natural peaks. since you already have the supply, use it. but in future its generally better to use on a bulk.

depends, whats ur stats (weight, height, estimated bodyfat %)

personally i already did a decent cut, im now on a +300-500 surplus and bulking until may, then i'll cut again to get 10-12% bodyfat to have a slightly mogger physique for summer

how much hgh are you taking? most young healthy adults produce like roughly 1-3IU daily (pulsed tho)

4iu ed rn, i’m gonna do 6 next week and 8 week the week after till i finish the kit

bulk then cut. you won't be 10% with enough mass for this summer, but having some mass is better than being starvemaxxed

Im 16 and use reta, its amazing

Im on it rn and if you wanna absolutely shred fat then Reta is about the best thing you could do out of everything in the history of mankind. I use to snack and always be hungry, especially when on a cut always thinking about food. Im litiraly on .5mg a week and I couldnt care less to eat for the whole day if I wanted to. No cravings, dont care for sugar or chips or anything unhealthy whatshowever its incredibly easy to stick to a lean clean diet. Reta is a fucking gamechanger.

i think i need more muscle tho ngl
i have a pretty thin frame (i don’t weigh much) with a relatively high bf rn so not ideal at all
i’m probably gonna bulk for 1 more month

Yeah you need to have a good base of muscle (couple years of lifting minimum) before you get super lean or else you'll just be a twig at low bf%
