You need a good lower third, A Wide chin hollow cheeks ect.
I Recommend :
Chewing everyday.
Jawliner twice a day.
Chin implants if wealthy.
A Defined face :
Be as lean as possible, I recommend doing a cut 2 months before summer as it's more than enough.
if you want a safe cut make sure you dont go on an extreme calorie defecit.
Drink lots of water, Dehydratation is bad for facial debloat.
Eat potassium, Water info.
Skin:
SPF
Cleansers, moisturisers.
Body :
Obviously, it's summer.
Opt for atleast 12% Body fat, Target these muscles :
