Is it true that it is very harmful for white people to sunbathe in the sun in hot countries? Type I think sunbathing 2 hours a day to fully raise the testosterone, will my skin become like an old man?

Yes, it's harmful. If you have good skin-ageing genetics I suppose you could sunbathe and still be fine, but it's not a risk worth taking. You don't know how things will go.

Apparently he was like 27 in the above picture, but even then looked 40 with ease. No doubt excessive sunbathing, but also just awful ageing genetics in general. Looks about 55-60 in the below picture. Good features, but old.
