Sunscreen

Should I bother sunscreening anything other than ears and face? Like will being burnt on other prts of te body like legs and arms effect the skin on my face?

I do face, neck, hands, arms. Never do legs even when I wear shorts. Do shoulders if I am wearing tank top.
