You are right. There are barely any good implants. What it looks like that upper normies barely get surgeries/implants done. They get a gf and are happy. lower normies and below tend to get implants and look like freaks. Maybe small enhancements (which is the rare cases you see) could work with implants, but bad face needs to be fixed with surgeries not implants.
