Super high estrogen levels from 4 weeks on test PLEASE HELP

I have noticed gyno start to form a little bit and I’m holding onto a literal ocean of water. I’ve been taking arimidex as it is needed but I took too much a few weeks ago and crashed my E2. How much would y’all recommend to take. My tablets are in 1mg each. I’m 17 btw

test dose? probably 0.25mg eod tho. but arimidex has rebound risk, so this high e2 can be because of test+rebound

I’m on 250mg of test C. I only have 1mg tablets should I just measure those out into 1/4 of a tablet each.

I took Reta from January until mid march when I started my cycle. Lost 23 lbs in 2.5 months
