Super Narrow Palate. Should I get MARPE?

It recently came to my attention how fucking narrow my palate actually is. Cannot fit my tongue up there whatsoever, so I've been incorrectly mewing fore years now lol. I don't even look recessed on the outside, but damn, there must have been a lot of potential thrown down the drain by mouth breathing and shit orthodontics from age 7-15.

Should I get a MARPE/FME? It would probably ascend me alot. any tips?

What do you guys think about pairing this with facemask? My mandible is close to being recessed (jutting saves me) and im worried that if I get a bunch of forward maxillary growth itll just be left in the dust and look fully recessed.

First, getting an expander won't give you forward growth to your maxilla.

2- We can't judge if an expander would ascend your or not without any front photos. If you already have a wide face it could make your face look like a balloon.

3- How old are you ?

4- If insurance won't cover it and you don't have a pretty narrow face, get surgeries for your bigger flaws.

im 20, so no more natrual growth. I don't have a narrow or wide face, my face could handle looking wider without an issue, but I do have a slight negative canthal tilt and just general poor under-eye support. My maxillary frontal growth is decent actually, but more forward growth is always good. Money and insurance aren't a concern here, luckily. The expander alone won't cause any significant frontal growth, but expander + facemask might.
