Supplement Advice: Mushrooms or Ashwaghanda?

Hey guys,

Recently I've been exploring supplements that are less mainstream than the regulars (Fish Oil, Multivitamin etc).

I'm trying to find a good stress-support supplement which also helps with energy production, and in doing so have been researching Ashwagandha and Mushroom Extract supplements

A friend of mine recommended I try out these two supplements from a company called Evolvate:

Ashwagandha:

For Context, I work a pretty physical labor job as an Electrician and I often find it hard to sustain energy and become very stressed at work.

Which one of these two supplements would work best on my body? Is it safe to take Ashwagandha or Mushroom Extracts? Can they be taken together or will it cancel each other out?
