how much iron should I be taking, because I am anemic subhuman.

2000-4000 IU is enough.
take like 10 mg of iron.

don't overdose on vitamin d, its fat soluble and can work against you

My eyedoc is a BBer and always reinforces this... I take animal pak vitamins and they do help my joints/energy level but I also eat healthy. However, I CAN tell a difference when I stop taking it.
