5mg elemental Magnesium per lb of bodyweight

300mcg k2 mk4 and 100mcg k2 mk7 is good you can up the mk4 if you feel fine

if you're to take mag and k2 you should get atleast 1000mg calcium from dairy its an underrated mineral

and the 50000IU would have much better absorption then 50000IU orally right
