Any sups worth adding i am soon gonna add a different multi brand with best dosages and i am considering calcium citate because my diet is at 20 percent for my daily value

Is this stack any good for bone growth Ik it does have much supplements that encourage osteoblasting which Ik is key for IGF-1 signalling but is this any good but also anyone with supplement stacks for 15 year olds to target bone growth and no test would be great

I'd recommend zinc as well, you can get zinc magnesium tablets which you take at night which are great and definitely get vitamin D supplement.
