After workout with a meal: d3 vitamin, k2 vitamin, calcium, L-lysine.
2 hours later with another meal: magnesium.
Right before bed: L-arginine, zinc chelate
I've been researching some of these suppement's effects on hgh production, can someone tell me their opinion on L-arginine?
