rn im taking
vit d and k2 2000iu
astaxanthin 6mg
vit c 1g
omega 3 2g
fenugreek idk how much but i'm taking it

16yo, 5'10 and i live on the west coast. also a gymcel
what else should i be taking

Bruh dont think resveratrol is an AI, it is simply a weaker estrogen that takes up receptors.
