Won’t do anything. Only matters if you’re deficient. The supplement industry is the most profitable yet misleading gimmick in fitness!

i have a very poor diet
So you’re somehow deficient in pretty much every single major vitamin and mineral? And for some reason you need ashwaganda and oral collagen? Plus creatine?

Just eat normal food. You’re spending so much money for nothing.

I have been thinking recently about just trying to consume as much rubbish I can to get the biggest load possible.
