add vitamine D , magnesium and zinc also and vitamine c ( maybe also boron if you care about T gains)

Boron is very widely available in foods. Why do people supplement it? It's not even recognized as much of a functionally important mineral. Also, if you have a good diet, supplementing zinc will throw off your zinc/copper ratio too much. Magnesium and vitamin D are legit since no one gets this shit from diet anymore

I read you only get like 3 mg in an averGe diet and you need atleast 10mg daily for t gains and i only use 22mg zinc so not alot but yeah vitamine D is legit number 1 supplement

3 mg zinc or boron? 22 mg zinc + a diet low in legumes and plants will usually mean you're not getting enough copper. Copper is important for T levels too + metabolism of iron etc. Maybe 10 mg + diet is good, also saves money imo bc I'm broke tbh imo boyo
