Supplement thoughts & advice?

I'm currently taking daily:
i take 3000iu vitamin d3 k2
beta carotin
zinc 15mg
Lactoferrin 200mg
im using rosemary oil on eyebrows and hair

im thinking of starting some more skin supplements like Glycolic acid and SPF 30–50 ( read from one of the skinmaxxing threads) because my face is redish from acne scars

obviously eating as healthy as i can, plenty of protein, potassium, electrolytes, omega 3, etc...
mewing, facial exercises, 6x a week gym + some cardio from biking and boxing

any opinions?

let me know how the vitamin d3 k2 works for u I'ma hop on it near Christmas but I'd also lycopene and calcium and for acne scars hop on accutane or retinoids

supplements are mostly cope, i mean zinc and d3 k2 is probably good for health indicatiors but its barely noticable, and for skin just get tret or the absolute CHAD of skincare accutane.

i mean ik im not gonna instantly get crazy bone mass but im looking for healthy lifestyle and consistency, the rosemary oil ive noticed is working quick and the zinc+d3k2, beta carotin i can notice slight improvements in my skin tone

i was previously on accutane to fix my horrible acne... you do know acutane wont fix scars right lol

the d3k2 is good imo, improved my mood drastically because where i live its fucking cloudy or rainy all day
you wont notice crazy improvement skin and bone wise but itll keep ur bones healthy and the benefits are obvious (might help promote growth also if ur young)

imo d3k2 is a nobrainer supplement to get + zinc

ill look into retinoids thx

ive heard that 1500 mg of trenbologne acetate can be very beneficial for a head full of hair, nice skin, and low water retention. i think it also helps with heart health and blood pressure.

i think 36 iu of somatotropin is also very good for your blood sugar and organs.

I am young so that's why I'ma stack it
