So Ive been hearing abt how supplements and topical drugs are cope, but if there are any thay actually help which should I take? I’ll also take recommendations abt serums n shit like that

they dont make like giant differences but it ensures ur not deficient and have good levels

just do the basics for now
calcium
magnesium glycinate
ashwagandha
k2 and d3
creatine

Sm told me creatine causes bloating is that bs

in my experience it just makes you severely dehydrated but just eat fruits with it, instead of drinking lots of water.
and it should be better
