Hi im wonder If I'm consistently getting around 150–200% of the Daily Value zinc, magnesium, and others through my regular diet, is additional supplementation still necessary or beneficial? I'm wondering if going beyond theselevels give extra testosterone, or if it's just redundant or harmful once those DV targets are hit
Not really sure cuz of my friends a doctor and he told supplementing zinc for T is stupid and not required if ur not deficient in it

doesnt make a difference. no need for supplementing

Not usually. Extra magnesium may or may not be beneficial for your overall health, depending on your lifestyle. Any effects on T will be negligible though.

Thank you brother really appreciated damn you have so many posts

Taking a multivitamin as insurance policy is unlikely to do any harm.

Nigger learn how to write.

And don’t waste your money on supplements since they won’t benefit you in any way. Just take it naturally
