Supplements mostly taken by everyone:
• for bones it's:
Ca, Vitamin K2, Vitamin D or D3, Zn, magnesium And some take boron.
for skin/hair(idk much): dutestaride, finestaride, accutane, vitamin B, vitamin C(debloat effect)

My questions:
I've been supplementing calcium, Zinc, vitamin D, Vitamin D3 and vitamin k2 haven't hopped on fin and dut or accurate since I'm not done growing, gonna turn 16 in a while. I did hop on tretinoin and shits so amazing. But I do have a big question about the amounts of consumption.
I've been taking:
Calcium: 1000 mg + 1 glass of raw milk(jfl)
Vitamin K2: 45 mg
Vitamin D3: 1000 IU
Vitamin D: 200 IU
Zinc: 20 mg

Please tell me if I'm taking the correct amounts or not, ik that I'm taking a bit less K2. But are the other amounts correct or should I bump em up? Please reply with the amounts that are optimal for bone growth.

I was gonna buy magnesium buy stupid ass pharmacy guy said I was too young and needed a prescription, I haven't tried other pharmacies but gonna go search for mg and boron. Also thinking about hopping on creatine.

These supplements are going to have a negligible impact on your quality-of-life.

It's important you learn to differentiate between supplements and pharmaceuticals.
If you are young, which the content of your thread implies, you are just going to harm yourself by inhibiting sexual development taking Fin/Dut.
Further, irresponsible dosing of isotretinoin (accutane) is so brutal. Dealing with overwhelming dryness is terrible.

There's my answer, you're too young.
Stop considering pharmaceutical products unless you take stuff under the direct supervision of somebody in your life that knows about this stuff so you don't hurt yourself.

My doctor said I'm okay with taking calcium, zinc, K2, vitamin d. I did say I don't take fin/dut and accutane since they can be harmful for my age. I'm just confused about the amount of calcium-k2-Z-D3-D I should take for optimal growth

I skimmed your thread so completely neglected reading the middle paragraph.

Just eat good food, get good sleep, and exercise.
Supplements will pale in comparison to maintaining good habits.

Lol alr man thanks for replying

Eat normal mineral and vitamin dense foods along with fats.

If i was you i'd just supplement something like kelp, which has enough minerals inluding zinc to even begin with.

Supplementing K2 is known to fuck your arteries up. Any supps today aren't good to be ran on the long term. heavily overdosed, which leads to toxicity.
