Supplements - Cope or Dope?

Can people let me know if this protocol is even worth it. I'm 17 M 6'1
Daily i take:
Vitamin D3 - 15'000 UI
Vit K2-MK4 - 25mg
Magnesium glycinate - 600mg
Zinc picolinate - 50mg
Boron - 12mg
Milk - 1.5L
Furthermore im thinking of hopping on Mk-677 to help me gain muscle and hopefully help with frame and height gains nearing the end of puberty. Ik people will say just hop on HGH or IGF LR3 but I realistically cant pin 3x a day and cant afford coping pharma grade HGH and its hard to source in Australia. So would MK be worth it in my case?

if you're deficient in any of those then sure, as for the mk you can take it if you want but hgh would be much better

and igf lr3 is cope
