In my opinion, the use of supplements such as magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, melatonin B vitamins etc are unnecessary extras and could prove negative when taking in late teens or early adulthood.

I feel like instead of the use of supplements, a well balanced diet would be better for the body. Other factors like the extra cost involved, possible side effects or hormone interruption is another reason I do not take them. The almost false sense of security it creates is also overlooked especially for young guys.

I understand that possibly if you are lacking some of these essential requirements than taking supplements can be beneficial but all in all I feel this topic is very overrated throughout the community, especially individuals under 21.

Please prove me wrong, I have limited knowledge on this topic

Yes, but some supplements can help you. Some of them got low bioavailability, you have to search it up to make sure they are worth buying

If you eat meat and animal fats only like you’re supposed to as a human being, you won’t need supplements.
