The ONLY supplement I know that adds height temporary (as long as you take it, the effects last) is glucosamine sulfate/chondotirin. I've gained half an inch in 3 months. Studies are done on this which show 0.3 inch to 0.6 inch height gain. I assume people with longer spines gain more inch of height. Such as if you are 5'0 you might gain 0.2 inch, but if you are 6'0 you might gain 0.4 inch, etc...
