i just be taking supplements that i don’t know what they do hoping it’ll ascend me, im on a shit ton of them too by the way, i’d say 8 or more different supplements

just now i bought one that comes “calcium, magnesium and zinc” by rexall

will this do anything? does anyone know anything abt it and any benefits

You better off spending the money from those supplements for foods in your diet that give you those nutrients, also there legit just minerals they dont do anything other then support optimal health and growth so its cope if you think its going to do anything more then that
